Shipping and Returns

RETURNS

Returns must be made within 60 days from receipt of goods.

Condition of Returned Goods

· Returned items must be in A1 condition, meaning they are unused and in re-sellable condition.

· Tags must still be attached and user information sheets enclosed, where applicable.

· Products must be within their original packaging.

· Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be accepted for return.


Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or a PULSAR® error occurred.

Exceptions

Bespoke or personalised/branded items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Refund Process

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed minus the restocking fee, if applicable.

Incorrect Items

If an incorrect item is received, PULSAR® will cover the return shipping and a full refund or replacement will be issued.
